Knauf Rotband Haftputzgips is a gypsum-based powder material and is used for full-surface plastering indoors. The processing is done by hand in an application thickness of 7 - 50 mm.
The adhesive plaster is particularly creamy and smooth-running with extra high stability. In addition, the plaster is breathable and permeable to water vapor and thus promotes a healthy living environment.
You can use the Knauf Rotband adhesive plaster not only in areas with the usual humidity, but also for domestic damp rooms.
Area of application: Inside, masonry, interior plaster, concrete, aerated concrete, rooms with normal humidity, domestic damp rooms such as kitchens or bathrooms, particularly suitable for concrete ceilings and walls.

To produce smooth surfaces, distribute the material thrown on or pulled up with an H-flute so that it is plumb and flush. After stiffening, pull off with a trapezoidal batten and align the corners.
If necessary, it can then be reworked with the surface spatula.
After moistening the plaster surface with a sponge disc, create enough sludge and level out small unevenness and felt.
After the plaster surface has set slightly, smooth it down with a surface spatula or smoothing trowel.
Shaping (smoothing) the surface
As soon as stiffening begins, the plaster surface can be scraped off with the canister or the surface spatula. This closes the pores and any small imperfections in the plaster that may still be present.
