When delivering with a forwarding agent

In the case of delivery by a forwarding agent, the delivery time is always communicated. The customer, or someone authorized by him, must be present at the time of delivery in order to enable quick unloading.

Please always check the goods carefully before confirming receipt and have any damage confirmed by the driver on the delivery note.

Pallet deposit

A Euro pallet surcharge of € 10 is charged for all goods sent, as they have to be returned to the manufacturer, who will invoice us for these costs.
