Knauf Super Finish consists of calcium carbonate, as well as other fillers, additives and binders and is a filler and fine filler type 3A according to EN 13963.
application
Knauf SuperFinish is a ready-to-use all-purpose filler. It is suitable as a joint finish (Q2), as well as for full-surface filling (quality levels Q3 and Q4), and for smoothing numerous substrates.
Indoors, SuperFinish can be used e.g. B. be used on substrates such as plasterboard, gypsum fiber boards, concrete, aerated concrete, plaster or block masonry.

The substrate must be dry, stable, firm, level and clean. Existing release agents, e.g. B. Paste or waste must be removed.
Gypsum boards must be firmly mounted on a load-bearing substructure, dry, clean and free of dust in the joint area. Larger gaps are to be filled with the gypsum filler Knauf Trias or Knauf Uniflott.
Pre-filled joint areas must be completely dry and well adjusted to the panel surface.

processing
The material should be stirred well; Knauf Superfinish can be made thinner with a little water if necessary. A clean mixing vessel and clean tools must be used. The fine filler can be applied and leveled with a Swiss trowel, smoothing trowel, screw-grip spatula or surface spatula.
The filler hardens through drying, depending on the humidity and ambient temperature.
The material, substrate and air temperature must not fall below +10 °C during processing and until it is completely dry.

Hints
Knauf SuperFinish must not be mixed with other materials. Devices and tools must be cleaned with water after use.
With thicker layers, depending on the temperature and humidity, longer drying times must be taken into account.
